I LOVE the self portrait on the top of this page! It is so unique. I've never seen anything like it before, and I think it would be awesome to use images like these to inspire a classroom for a self portrait project. Self portraits don't have to be straight forward and I think a lot of people think of them that way. These are great examples of using your imagination to come up with something more interested that relates to yourself.
I love both of these self portraits. I remember seeing you pick these in class and the top pictre inspired me to look at typograaphic self portraits.I also love all the different patterns in the bottom, I think it would be fun to create a self portrait like this one.
the script based self-portrait is awesome. I just read a tutorial on how to do that, real cool stuff. It's like a double self-portrait, the image itself and what the text means. Real good execution as well!
